Dealer workflows

Application and approval — Submit your dealership application and supporting documents. An administrator reviews and may request changes. You will be notified when your dealership is active.

NADBOS (Bill of Sale) — After approval, you can create NADBOS records for eligible vehicle sales following the on-screen steps. Some buyer details may be validated against external registers; if validation cannot complete automatically, you may be asked to confirm details for manual review.

Compliance and levies — Depending on configuration, levies or fees may apply to certain actions. Invoices and payment status appear in your dashboard when enabled.

Public verification of licenses, NADBOS references, or receipts may be available from the home or dedicated verify pages without signing in.
