Account and verification
One-time codes — When you register, reset your password, or resend a code, the system sends a short-lived numeric code. SMS is used first when your account has a valid phone number and SMS is configured for the service; otherwise the code is sent by email. If SMS fails, email is used automatically when available.
Never share your code with anyone. NADDC staff will not ask for your password or OTP over the phone or WhatsApp.
Password reset — Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. You will receive a code by the same rules as above. After verifying the code, you can set a new password.
HTTPS — The portal uses encrypted connections. See the trust notice on sign-in pages and our privacy notice for how we handle personal data under the NDPA.
